Store in a dry and ventilated place.
Add 452kg of lauryl alcohol (hydroxyl value 275-320) to the reactor, and then add a 50% aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide (containing 5kg of potassium hydroxide) to the reactor. Vacuum to around 13.3kPa and slowly raise the temperature to around 120 ℃ for dehydration. After the reaction is completed, replace the air with nitrogen, drive the air clean, raise the temperature to 140~150 ℃, and under stirring, introduce 324kg of ethylene oxide at 3kPa. Then gradually reduce the kettle temperature to around 5 ℃, add sulfuric acid for esterification, and neutralize it with an ethanol solution of triethanolamine after 1 hour. Then, the filter residue is filtered out, and the filtrate is dealcoholized to obtain the product.
